Vanity's Grip

So, this contest sounded fun
What I was kind of going for here was the idea that the person some people strive to see in the mirror isn't always the right person for them to be....
If that makes any sense at all...
I got the idea while watching some show about beauty pageants, I can't remember what it was called. But watching all those girls stand in front of the mirror for ridiculous hours just to look "beautyful" enough to be recognized for it with a trophy just struck me as....wrong.
Like, the mirror rules their life. The way they look is the only thing that matters.

So that's what I went for, inner struggle. A personal fight between good and evil.

It was a lot of fun, I tried a few new things with this picture and tried out specified colour schemes for the two "combatants," which I really like.
